A.C. Koch’s work has been published in a variety of literary journals, such as Columbia Journal, Exquisite Corpse, and Mississippi Review. He has twice been awarded the Raymond Carver Short Story Award, as judged by Robert Olen Butler and Ben Fountain. He teaches at the University of Colorado, and moonlights as a guitarist and vocalist in the bossa-pop group Firstimers. He lives in Denver.
